This policy explains what personal information I collect when you visit antoniolazo.ai or events.antoniolazo.ai, subscribe to The Path to Pipeline, register for an event, or engage me for services. Plain language, no hiding.

1. What I collect

Information you give me

• Newsletter signup: your email address, and your name where you provide it.
• Event and webinar registration: name, email, company, job title, and anything else the registration form asks for.
• Booking a call or a diagnostic: name, email, company, and the details you share about your business.
• Client engagements: business information, account access you choose to grant, content and materials you send me, and billing details.
• Direct contact: anything you include when you email or message me.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, operating system.
• Pages visited, time on page, referring URL, and how you arrived at the site.
• Cookies and similar technologies. See section 6.

Visitor identification

I use third-party technology that may identify the company associated with a visitor's network, and in some cases match a visit to a business contact record. This is used to understand which businesses are interested in my work. You can opt out at any time by emailing support@antoniolazo.ai.

2. Why I use it

• To send the newsletter you subscribed to, and to run events you registered for.
• To deliver, invoice and support the services you engage me for.
• To respond to your enquiries.
• To understand how the site performs and improve it.
• To reach out about services where I have a legitimate interest or your consent, and where the law allows.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims, including payment disputes and chargebacks.

3. Legal bases (UK and EU visitors)

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, I rely on: consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies; contract to deliver services you have engaged me for; legitimate interests for site analytics, business development and securing my business; and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.

4. Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with service providers who process it on my behalf, under contract:

• Email and newsletter delivery: beehiiv
• Event, webinar and outbound platform: Stacked Growth
• Scheduling: Calendly
• Payments: Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer. I never see or store your full card details.
• Hosting: Netlify

I may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect my legal rights.

5. International transfers

I work with clients and providers in several countries, so your information may be transferred outside your country of residence, including to the United States. Where the GDPR applies, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Cookies

The site itself runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Cookies are set only where a page needs them to function, and by embedded services when you use them, such as beehiiv for subscribing, Calendly for booking, and Stacked Growth for event registration. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. How long I keep it

• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so I do not email you again.
• Prospects and enquiries: up to 24 months from our last contact.
• Clients: for the engagement, plus the period my tax and accounting obligations require.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how I use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. California residents may also request disclosure of the categories of information collected and opt out of any sale or sharing. I do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these, email support@antoniolazo.ai. I will respond within 30 days. You will never be treated differently for making a request.

9. Security

I use reputable providers, access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This site and these services are for business professionals. They are not directed at anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes

I will update this policy when my practices change, and the date at the top will always show the current version.
